The flowers do not exert themselves out of the bracts and the inflorescence is not flat, not inflated.

| Joachim, the old label (!) had the species as jalisco-m. The reason I don't think it is a fasciculata is the fact that the inflorescence is very flat, unbranched and the flowers barely exceed the bracts. I propose that it may instead be T. compressa. I have checked all of Derek's files and can't find a form of fasciculata that matches up. Would you like more photos? |
